The two owners of the company were great. Brian came and after explaining what I wanted he gave an estimate. I did not look elsewhere as he was so helpful and professional. I received a call the week before the installation date asking if it would be possible to install earlier than the original installation date. Wonderful! The other owner of the company named Brad came out to install. Even though there was a problem picking up the walkway stone at the stone yard, Brad was accommodating and solved the issue. Brad worked with me to give me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Havasu Turf Pros with no reservations!

HTP was awesome to work with, we would give 10 stars if we could. We decided to tackle the DIY install (which wasn’t easy!) and Brad set us up with all of the equipment we needed to install our turf. They delivered everything and made sure we were set up for success. Brad was even available to answer random questions we had during the install, which was super helpful.

We went with the American Pet 98 for our lower yard and the American Pet 75 for the upper yard since we have three dogs. The Pet 98 has been installed for a few months now and is holding up extremely well with our big dogs who like to roughhouse all day. We just finished installing the Pet 75 in the upper yard and it looks great!!

Awesome show room with a knowledgeable staff. I was able to see and look at samples of all their inventory. Delivery was done next day with everything I needed to get the job done. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Highly professional job from start to finish. Brian gave us a reasonable estimate, started and finished the job on time and exactly as planned. Anyone who has ever hired a contractor for anything in the Lake Havasu area knows how rare this is. The veteran installation crew were friendly and highly skilled, the quality of work exceeded our expectations. The edges on our turf are all clean and tight, the seams invisible.

Difficult to imagine how our job could have gone better, we highly recommend Havasu Turf Pros.

Havasu turf pro’s came through for my family big time. We had an unrealistic deadline do to a graduation party for a handful of kids. These guys were booked through August and somehow made it happen for us. The attention to detail was second to none and pricing was better then expected. My yard has never looked so good. Called them on a Saturday they offered to deliver to us on Monday. They were spot on everything they said. From laying out base to putting the turf down and securing it. Called them once or twice for direction and they were glad to help. We took about a half day to install and now our kids and dogs won’t stay off of it best turf in town hands down. The customer service is wat better then the turf too!
